Mr. Counts serves as the personal attorney to numerous business owners and routinely provides guidance to them on their business activities.
In illustration of the scope of these services, Mr. Counts was retained by the owner of an oil and gas corporation to serve as legal counsel for a business venture in the country of Nigeria. While there, Mr. Counts personally met with Nigeria’s former President, the Hon. Goodluck Jonathan, and his cabinet.
In another example, Mr. Counts was retained by a service company to serve as a member of a trade delegation dispatched to the country of Cameroon. While there, Mr. Counts met with and briefed the country’s Minister of the Interior and Minister of Transportation.
